Having fun with planters as spring arrives. I use these minimal forms as a 3D canvas to play with abstract compositions. They combine surface tactics in slip transfer, direct painting in underglaze and taped off linear graphics. Thanks, @mariawhitest

Anticipating my spring time in Greece, I’ve designed this limited release porcelain cup influenced by Hellenic forms. Here is the first batch waiting for their turn in the bisque kiln. They are cooling now and I will glaze and fire a test next.
